Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) or related fields
  • Strong clinical acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with second-level clinical mortality reviews and risk-adjustment modeling
