Certified CDM Consultant

Job Summary

To support healthcare customers effectively, the remote CDM Consultant will manage hospital chargemasters, ensure compliance, and provide expertise in charge master maintenance while working on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assuming the charge master role to support customer resource needs and manage CDM requests
• Ensuring accurate entry of CDMs into Patient Accounting Systems and reviewing line items for compliance
• Communicating concerns regarding CDM irregularities and participating in revenue cycle assessments and CDM reviews

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of CDM maintenance experience
• Experience with financial systems such as EPIC, McKesson, Cerner, and others
• CPC, COC, or CCS certification
• Hands-on experience maintaining and updating hospital CDMs
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare services and regulatory requirements
