Job Summary
To support a significant cultural transformation, the fully remote Enterprise Change Management Advisor will lead change management activities related to the implementation of new enterprise systems, focusing on a phased pilot approach and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives for enterprise-wide system implementation and organizational transformation
- Assist in designing and executing a phased pilot approach to facilitate organizational readiness
- Identify and cultivate change champions across departments to promote adoption and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in change management roles
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or proficiency in internal governance frameworks upon hire
