Certified Charge Capture Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Capture Analyst ED I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors charge capture and charge reconciliation for all specialty areas
• Works with assigned clinical departments to ensure accurate charge capture in clinical documentation
• Identifies trends in charges and communicates issues with leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred, each counting as 1 year of additional experience
• 2 years of Charge Capture or Outpatient Coding experience (Required)
• 2 years of knowledge in HCPCS, ICD-10, and CPT coding (Required)
• Preferred certifications include Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC)
