Certified Charge Capture Analyst

Job Summary

Certified Charge Capture Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for advising on charge codes, monitoring charge capture and revenue trends, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines to enhance revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise departmental revenue owners on proper usage of charge codes and billing guidelines
• Monitor daily charge capture, revenue reconciliation, and identify operational trends
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate charge setup and timely education on new procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent, or post-high school diploma/highest degree earned
• Five (5) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Associate degree and four (4) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience may substitute for education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of charge description master/revenue integrity experience may substitute for education and experience
• Certification in LPN, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or CBCS is required
