Certified Chargemaster Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargemaster Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and monitors an integrated Epic-based Charge Description Master (CDM)
• Analyzes Chargemaster coding and financial data requests and reports
• Identifies billing problems related to CDM and ensures data integrity across billing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in Hospital Charge masters, advanced billing & coding, or related healthcare experience
• Certified Coder from an accredited professional organization (e.g., AAPC, AHIMA)
• Experience with Epic systems and hospital revenue cycle processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
