Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret needs of the Ambulatory Coding Team while prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• Provide education and training to the Coding Team and analyze trends to support coding staff and clients
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and maintain coding quality and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Professional coder certification from AHIMA and/or AAPC
• 3+ years of physician medical coding experience in a multi-specialty clinic
• 2+ years of experience providing consultation and education on coding guidelines
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC
