Certified Clinical Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Certified Clinical Quality Coordinator will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on quality improvement measures, conduct patient outreach to address quality gaps, and manage quality data collection across various systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patient outreach initiatives to educate on preventive care and facilitate adherence to treatment plans
• Collect and manage quality data from EMR systems, payer portals, and other sources to ensure accurate reporting
• Communicate quality performance and improvement strategies to internal teams and customers while adhering to established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field or certification as a CMA or LPN
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data submissions for health insurance payers is preferred
