Certified Coder Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit cases prior to closure, providing feedback and coaching based on performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with state and federal policies while reviewing claims for accuracy in coding and billing
• Identify aberrant billing patterns and provide clinical support to investigative teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Certified Coder AHIMA or AAPC Certified coder (CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, CPMA, RHIA, CDIP)
• 2+ years of experience as a certified coder with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding experience
• 2+ years of practical experience interpreting reimbursement policies for various programs
• Medical record review experience and understanding of Waste & Error principles
