Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder II - Denials and E/M ProFee.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract data from medical records into Epic and 3M 360 for detailed case summaries
• Identify and code diagnoses and procedures according to ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 guidelines
• Responsible for coding various medical records including Surgical Records and Evaluation & Management Encounters

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient multidisciplinary coding experience required
• One coding certification required (CPC, COC, CPC-P, CRC, CIC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA)
• Experience in Provider E&M Level of Service Coding preferred
• No specific license required
