Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder III - Psych/Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth complex daily review of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes for outpatient services
• Resolve coding errors and claim edits by accurately interpreting handwritten and typed notes/diagnoses
• Convert diagnoses into appropriate CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 codes

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• Three (3) years of experience in Psychiatry and Neurology coding
• Strong skills in CPT, ASA, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding applications
