Certified Coder - Radiology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Coder (Remote) - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical record documentation to select comprehensive diagnoses and procedures for billing codes
• Code evaluation and management to appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Assist and lead other coders in medical terminology and policy interpretation

Required Qualifications

• Must possess one coding credential from AHIMA or AAPC
• No specific work experience required
• A diploma, certification, or degree is not required
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding is preferred
• Previous coding experience or equivalent education is a plus
