Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Coder (PRN) (Remote) - Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical record documentation to identify diagnoses and procedures for coding
• Code evaluations and management to appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Assist physicians with documentation requirements and follow up on unsigned dates of service

Required Qualifications

• Must possess one of the following coding credentials: CCA, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-A, CPC-H, CPC-H-A
• No specific work experience is required
• A diploma, certification, or degree is not required
• A driver's license is not required
