Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and ensure benefit configuration aligns with business requirements and plan materials
Support maintenance and enhancement of benefit information in Knowledge Center II (KCII)
Lead coding discussions and collaborate with various teams on operational work and projects

Required Qualifications

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or relevant coding experience
Associate's Degree in health science administration, business, or a healthcare-related field
At least 3 years of experience in a related role
Experience valuing the impact of benefit coverage decisions with analytics preferred
