Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits & Coding Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure benefit configuration aligns with business requirements and plan materials
  • Support maintenance and enhancement of benefit information in Knowledge Center II (KCII)
  • Lead coding discussions and collaborate with various teams on operational work and projects


Required Qualifications
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or relevant coding experience
  • Associate's Degree in health science administration, business, or a healthcare-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Experience valuing the impact of benefit coverage decisions with analytics preferred
