Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain code level benefit definitions for compliance with regulations
• Create and review configuration templates to ensure accuracy of benefit requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to peers and assist in training new hires

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of medical coding or billing experience
• Managed Care experience related to benefits coding and claims processing
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) is required
• Subject Matter Expert level knowledge in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-CM Codes
