Certified Coding Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliant charge capture and revenue tracking, the full-time Senior Coding/Revenue Integrity Analyst will lead revenue cycle initiatives, develop project work plans, and validate workflows within Epic, all while working remotely with occasional onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Leads complex revenue cycle initiatives and optimization projects to enhance revenue integrity and compliance
• Develops and executes project work plans and timelines for multi-departmental revenue initiatives
• Monitors and validates charging workflows within Epic to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, with at least five years of healthcare experience
• Two years in a role involving coding, auditing, finance, or revenue cycle management
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist - Physician-based (CCS-P), or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle principles and Epic system workflows
• Advanced analytical skills for process and root cause analysis
