Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding and Billing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the medical coding and billing team
• Lead, train, and supervise the team, managing workload and performance
• Ensure compliance with coding regulations and monitor billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive medical coding experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a relevant environment
