Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate review of patient records at OASIS timepoints
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participation in meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and compliance guidelines
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace strongly preferred
