Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Coding Auditor to join their HIM consulting team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform coding audits and reviews on various professional fee record types and specialties
• Conduct research to provide regulatory and coding guideline documentation to clients
• Assist in designing and presenting educational seminars and collaborate on senior-level projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• AHIMA or AAPC certification
• 3-5 years of experience in E/M audits and coding
• Ability to remain impartial and objective in audit findings
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems and audit software
• Experience in secure file transfer in compliance with HIPAA policies
