Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Coding Auditor to join their Payment Integrity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise on CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 Coding guidelines and insurance billing requirements
• Perform audits of medical records or claims to ensure accuracy of submissions
• Create reports and guides for team members and assist in training new staff

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of coding or auditing experience across multiple specialties
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation or similar certification
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
• Experience in health insurance with claims processing, billing, or provider contracting
