Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Coding Auditor to join their HIM consulting team remotely on a PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform coding audits and reviews on various professional fee record types and specialties
• Conduct research to provide clients with regulatory and coding guideline documentation
• Assist in designing and presenting educational seminars to clients and staff

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certification
• 2-5 years of experience performing E/M audits and previous coding experience
• Ability to remain impartial and objective in audit findings
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems and audit software
• Experience in developing coding content and educational materials
