Certified Coding Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in identifying and resolving areas needing intervention through coding and compliance work plans
• Develops and implements training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff on compliance topics
• Conducts audits of physician billing and medical records documentation to ensure compliance with coding regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CCS-P, CEMC, CPMA, or COC)
• 1+ years of experience in a physician/professional billing environment
• 1+ years of experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding conventions
• Ability to obtain CPMA within 1 year of employment
