Key Responsibilities

Conduct coding compliance audits and prepare detailed reports on findings
Assist in the development of a comprehensive coding audit program and annual risk assessment
Provide educational feedback and guidance to coding staff regarding audit outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of relevant experience in coding compliance auditing
Current certification as CPC, CHC, RHIA, or RHIT
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Records Management/Medical Coding preferred
