Job Summary

A company is looking for a PB Coding Coordinator to oversee medical coding accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned specialties, providing coding education and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Evaluate and resolve coding edits in Epic's Charge Review, Claim Edit, and Follow-up work queues
• Perform quality assurance audits for coders and complete special projects to improve coding workflows

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in professional fee coding, including Evaluation & Management services
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist Physician (CCS-P) credential
• Demonstrated knowledge of training and education techniques
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Five years of professional fee coding experience (preferred)
