Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Hospital Coding (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital coding operations, ensuring accurate ICD, DRG, and CPT code assignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation and coding workflows
• Develop and manage coding performance indicators and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or a similar field required
• Master's degree in a work-related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience required
• 5+ years of EPIC system user experience, including billing and clinical documentation
• CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certification required
