Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client SLAs and departmental KPIs to ensure targets are achieved
• Oversee employee performance management and enforce standard operating procedures across the coding function
• Drive process improvement in coding service delivery and collaborate with other RCM functional areas

Required Qualifications

• AAPC or AHIMA certification required (CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P)
• Over seven years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred
• Experience in anesthesia/surgical coding preferred
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel
