Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider/Coder Education Supervisor to oversee coding education and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers Fee-For-Service coding education materials and training
• Customizes training to meet organizational objectives and compliance standards
• Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify coding and billing needs and facilitate training

Required Qualifications:

• Certified in professional coding (CPC or CCS) or equivalent certification
• 10+ years of experience in Fee-For-Service medical coding and documentation
• 5+ years of instructional experience in training groups
• Background in auditing and education related to coding and reimbursement
• Experience in supervising or managing team members
