Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Specialty Coding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures based on classification systems
• Assist and train other coders while conducting research on unfamiliar topics
• Review and validate coding accuracy and compliance with established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CCS-P or CPC Certification
• Five (5) years of coding experience
• Extensive knowledge of coding conventions and payer guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
