Certified Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full coding support to multiple ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs)
• Supervise coding analysts and manage center relationships to ensure billing compliance
• Monitor coder productivity and assist with coding backlog and overflow

Required Qualifications

• Must possess at least one of the following: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC, with completion of C2 with a passing score
• Minimum of 5 years of ASC-specific coding experience
• At least 3 years of prior supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines
• Experience with patient accounting systems and strong analytical skills
