Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Manager with Radiology and Lab coding experience and a coding certification, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis of coding and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as a resource for staff and providers on coding-related issues
• Analyze data to identify patterns of denials/errors and prepare department budget projections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Coding certification is required
• Licensure in a discipline specific to coding is necessary
• Intermediate knowledge of compliance regulations and quality management
