Key responsibilities
- Review OASIS documentation and provide recommended changes in the approved system
- Evaluate ICD-10 coding and sequencing from patient chart documentation
- Document results of reviews, ensuring timely and accurate workflow processes
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review
- HCS-D certification
- HCS-O or COS-C certification
