Certified Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee & Outpatient Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for various specialties
• Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels using company algorithms
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain accuracy in coding assignments

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P)
• At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must have reliable internet access and current coding materials
• Ability to maintain a productivity level and accuracy rate of 95% or higher
