Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Inpatient and Surgery Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for a minimum of 1-4 specialties
• Calculate ProFee E/M levels and code surgical procedures in an inpatient setting
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain high accuracy and quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P)
• At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft programs like Excel and Outlook
• Must have a reliable internet connection and current coding materials
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
