Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Coding Specialist to apply medical coding standards to cardiovascular lab and interventional radiology records.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS codes to medical records for surgical procedures
• Verify supplies used during procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage multiple tasks daily, including coding accuracy and account completion for billing deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding
• Licenses and certifications: AAPC-CPC, CIRCC, CCC, CCVTC, or AHIMA-CCS
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to maintain high productivity and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and abstracting tools
