Certified Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Coding & Billing Specialist to support enterprise Revenue Integrity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in coding, billing, and revenue integrity for various services
• Analyze DHA revenue cycle data to identify risks and resolve complex claim issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remediation strategies and support compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Active coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC (e.g., CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, CIC)
• 7+ years of experience in medical coding and billing with a focus on revenue integrity
• Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer edit logic
• Experience with revenue cycle data analysis and multi-facility operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
