Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Senior Specialist, Full Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex accounts and educate team members on account resolution workflows
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of coding to ensure compliant claims are sent to payers
• Perform quality validation and provide continuous education and feedback to improve claim quality and prevent denials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
• Minimum of five (5) years coding experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years specialty coding required
• Minimum of two (2) years of revenue cycle experience in a large healthcare system required
• Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), CPC, or CCS required
