Job Summary

To drive effective revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Backend Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee complex denial mitigation, manage senior analysts, and ensure compliance with revenue standards across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation lead for complex claim disputes and denials, utilizing advanced revenue integrity tactics
• Direct the auditing and management of specialized escalation logs, ensuring compliance and systematic inventory clearance
• Conduct monthly reviews of aged inventory and maintain awareness of payer policy updates and contract provisions

Required qualifications

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential preferred
• High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
