Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Coding Specialist- OB/GYN.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records and assign proper ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Resolve coding edits, denials, and ensure accurate reimbursement for services rendered
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to clarify documentation and coding inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of abstract coding for physician services required
• Minimum of four years of healthcare experience, including three years in professional coding for Orthopedics or OB/GYN required
• Registered Health Information Administrator or Technician, or Certified Coding Specialist required
• Experience working remotely preferred
