Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Edit Resolution Supervisor Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide coding guidance to the coding team, ensuring adherence to coding and regulatory guidelines
• Hire, train, and provide feedback to coding staff, fostering a high-functioning team environment
• Educate physicians on coding, documentation, and medical necessity requirements, while leading departmental meetings and managing coder schedules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate Level Degree required
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of coding experience required
• Experience in coaching and providing educational support
• Knowledge of coding systems and ability to lead departmental meetings
