Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Review & Audit Senior Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Coding Analysts to ensure accurate Risk Adjustment medical record reviews and audits
• Monitor team performance, quality, and productivity, providing guidance as needed
• Administer a quality review process and facilitate training for Coding Analysts on coding practices and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding experience with relevant certification from AHIMA or AAPC
• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification preferred within 12 months of hire
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM diagnostic coding guidelines
• Familiarity with CMS/HHS regulations preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
