Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Coder Coding Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of Coding Validation analysts, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Coordinate training and development for team members while optimizing individual and team performance
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and client requirements, while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Coding certificate required (e.g., CCDS, CPC, CIC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related health or informatics field preferred
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in healthcare claims payment policy and processing
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and system databases
