Certified Coding Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Coding Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and answer questions for coders and QAs
• Assist with training and updating materials to enhance coder accuracy and production
• Conduct new hire training and support ongoing education for staff and contractors

Required Qualifications

• Certified Coder with AAPC or AHIMA, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Adjustment Coding
• Minimum of 2 years in coder-based auditing work
• Experience providing direct feedback to coders for at least 2 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
