Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time Certified Compensation Consultant will design, implement, and manage non-executive Total Rewards programs while working primarily remotely with occasional office presence in Arlington, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain all non-executive Total Rewards programs, including compensation and performance management rewards
- Project manage market studies and Total Rewards initiatives, collaborating with HR leaders to ensure consistent execution and gather feedback
- Analyze data to define problems and provide consultation on Total Rewards, participating in special projects related to compensation programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of compensation or HR-related experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Oracle Fusion system experience preferred
- CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
