Job Summary
To support a multi-entity health system, the full-time remote Certified Compensation Manager will design, administer, and improve compensation programs while collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage system-wide compensation programs, including base pay structures and incentive plans
- Lead job evaluation and market pricing activities for various roles within the health system
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and support internal controls and audits
Required qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SPHR certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a health system or large organization
- Strong knowledge of healthcare labor markets and compensation governance
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
