Certified Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Certified Compliance Analyst will conduct clinical chart reviews, risk adjustment audits, and coding analysis while working remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct medical record audits and apply coding guidelines and regulations
• Analyze coding trends and perform root cause analysis to develop corrective action plans
• Provide education and training to providers and coding staff on documentation improvement and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 3-4 years of experience in Commercial and Government Billing/Coding/Collections (Required)
• 1 year of experience in Medical Record Reviews (Required)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) from AAPC (Required)
• Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) or another AAPC recognized credential (Required)
