Certified Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting independent coding compliance audits, the full-time Certified Compliance Analyst will evaluate coding accuracy and regulatory adherence while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform risk-based coding compliance audits of providers and clinical practices
• Research and analyze coding and billing investigation requests to support compliance reviews
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, compliance risks, and recommended remediation actions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P)
• 5+ years of outpatient physician coding experience, including knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
• 5+ years of healthcare regulatory compliance experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and relevant laws
• 3+ years of experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
