Certified Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Certified Compliance Specialist, the successful candidate will develop impactful presentations and dashboards, analyze program data for insights, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance ethical, patient-centered outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling presentations and data visualizations for leadership and stakeholders
• Build and analyze dashboards to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness
• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate projects and deliver training materials for key initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 year with a Master's degree
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required or must obtain within one year of hire
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
