Certified Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Participating in the oversight of corporate ethics and compliance programs, the full-time remote Certified Compliance Specialist will conduct audits, collaborate with stakeholders on corrective actions, and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Intakes and triages compliance issues based on defined risk criteria
• Collaborates with compliance and business stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for non-compliance
• Supports corrections reporting to provide trend analysis for stakeholders and senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Managed Care, Health Insurance, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Health Care, or Health Insurance
• 1+ years of experience in project oversight with the ability to drive implementation
• Experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations preferred
• Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) preferred
