Job Summary

A company is looking for a GCM Client Administrator II to assist with Global Capital Markets trust and entity administration for high net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relationships and assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating requests
  • Manage relationships with internal and external service partners and maintain industry knowledge


Required Qualifications:
  • Combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant client contact experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting preferred
  • CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification is preferred if corporate trust focus
  • Experience working in a team environment and building trust with clients
