Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager to oversee construction cost management and reporting for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop construction cost budgets for various project phases
• Manage cost reports and provide monthly updates to clients
• Support contractor and architect sourcing, including interviews and bid leveling

Qualifications

• Certified Cost Professional or Quantity Surveyor preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or project controls
• Strong leadership and employee management skills
